“Chocolate Bricelets” - Sweet Cookies

Chocolate Bricelet is a sweet cookie. My chocolate brioche is so intense in chocolate... It's hard to resist them. We use Inaya 65% Cacao Barry dark chocolate chips, they have an intense cocoa flavor. Inaya dark chocolate comes from cocoa beans from the Ivory Coast. Always concocted in Saint Amour in the JURA (39), with good fresh butter from the Fromagerie du REVERMONT (39) and eggs from chickens raised in the open air, brown cane sugar...!! Not to mention flour from the Sauvin flour mill (39) and fleur de sel from Guérande. Calling all chocolate lovers!
