Our Christmas Pudding Mixed Nuts take all the flavours of the season — warming cinnamon, nutmeg, orange, and a hint of sweetness — and tumble them lovingly over our kiln roasted nuts. The result? Our Nuts are hand-roasted in a hot air kiln, then seasoned & tumbled with herbs & spices at our dedicated Nuthouse in Dorset, where we invented the process 20 years ago. Our Christmas Pudding Nuts are now available in a sleek 70g stand-up doy pouch — an ideal format for retail shelves, hampers, gifting, and premium impulse snacking. As with all our nuts, they’re kiln roasted in small 60kg batches, always by hand, always with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (never sunflower, of course). Once perfectly golden, we dress them with real truffle seasoning to create a rich, earthy flavour that’s as decadent as it is moreish.
